7. 模塊方框圖（module block diagram ）

8. 模塊規(guī)格書（module specification）

9. 工廠ISO9001證書（ISO 9001 certificate of ** nufacturer）

10.label以及位置圖（label location and label sample Drawing or photos）

11.天線規(guī)格書（antenna specification）：包括天線名稱、天線形式，天線較
