四門兩蓋耐久試驗臺設(shè)備主要由計算機控制系統(tǒng)、氣路控制柜、電氣控制柜、試驗底盤支架、左右側(cè)門試驗機構(gòu)、側(cè)滑門試驗機構(gòu)、引擎蓋試驗機構(gòu)、加油口蓋試驗機構(gòu)、內(nèi)藏式天窗試驗機構(gòu)、行李箱蓋 / 掀背門試驗機構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)軟件等組成。

轎車四門兩蓋耐久試驗臺主要用于在高低溫（-40℃～ +80℃）環(huán)境下對各類轎車、SUV 及 MPV 等車型進行側(cè)門、前蓋、行李箱蓋 / 掀背門、天窗、側(cè)滑門、加油口蓋及其門鉸鏈、門鎖、車門密封條、側(cè)滑門導軌、加油口蓋轉(zhuǎn)軸等附件的綜合性能耐久試驗。通過試驗，驗證汽車側(cè)門和引擎蓋、行李箱蓋 / 掀背門、加油口蓋等及其附件耐久性能。

The four-door and two-cover durability test rig is mainly composed by computer control system.It consists of air control cabinet, electric control cabinet, test chassis support, lateral gate test mechanism, sideslip gate test mechanism, engine cover test mechanism, refueling cover test organization, inner Tibetan skylight test mecha- nism, luggage cover/hatchback test mechanism, and system software.

The test rig is mainly used for the comprehensive performance test of the side door,front cover, suitcase cover/hatchback door,skywindow, sideslip gate,refueling cover and door hinge,door lock, door seal,side sliding door guide,refueling shaft and other accessories at high and low

temperature (-40℃ to +80 ℃).Through the test,we can verify the durability of car side doors and hood, trunk lid / hatchback door,fuel filler cap and other accessories.
